Hello my name is Nikolay. The correct execution of this task from my side is quite problematic, as it requires some technical support, which I do not have. However, I would like to share some considerations and observations. I would choose 2 places for a contrast. The first is the center of our city, which is characterized by the greatest activity and densest development. The second place should be characterized by a small building and low business activity, this is the outskirts. According to the weather forecasters, the temperature in our city in such different places can differ by several degrees Celsius on the order of 3-4. Measurements should also be made both at night and during the day in the period of maximum solar activity. To reduce the effect of absorbing heat by the city, it is necessary to apply measures for gardening the city's territory, creating water objects on the city's territory: ponds, lakes, etc. And also apply modern architectural and urban development.
