I live in a city of the interior of São Paulo, that is the largest of the region, so the little cities arond, depends, in some way, of this city. One of the principal elements that helped in the development of the city was the university, ( the biggest of the region, with many options of courses) which is responsable, today, for a big flow of students coming from all the cities arond here. The activity and the movement, inside of the city, chages considerably, during the semester, when the outside students are here and during the vacations, when the students go to theis cities. This point influences in other kinf of stock and flow: the traffic of cars, that is increasing day by day, especially with the big flow of students and the bad quality of the public transportation. This is a a kinf of flow, however, with the increasing of city population, and consequently, the cars, the city in certain way is stocking cars inside it. Other element influenced by the university, is its school hospital, that is public and also the biggest of the region, then, flows of people, most of low income, coming from other cities in order to go to this hospital. The region depends economically a lot of my city,and the university moves the city, and control a lot of its stocks and flows. *The picture (One of the campus of the University) was not taken by me
