How would you start-up a Citizen Design Science project? * If I worked in the government, then I would carry out construction in the city of Tomsk, taking into account the public-private partnership. More attention would be paid to urban traffic and the safety of city residents, especially at night. To do this, it will be necessary to create a «smart city» system, which will require the investment of appropriate financial resources and the city budget. 3. Imagine that you have set up a project wherein you would like to make use of Citizen Design Science. Which guidelines are important in creating your own Citizen Design Science project? ** The Citizen Design Science project should improve people's lives, as this should be one of the ways of public control. The population should participate in the development of the territory. The project on the implementation of civil design should be accompanied by measures for landscaping and gardening, cleaning the territories and optimizing the transport system.
