Hello, my name is Kristina, I'm from Tomsk. To date, there is no civil design project in Tomsk. If I worked in the government, then of course I would have done civil engineering work, would have organized light at night, curfews, and periodic tours of the territory to maintain order and people's peace. Civil design should improve the living of people, as it should be one of the ways of public control. The population should be involved in the development of the territory. The project for the implementation of civil design should be accompanied by measures for landscaping and greening, cleaning areas and optimizing the transport system.
