1. Which are your top livability criteria? I prefer: 1- housing; 2- Infrastructure; 3- culture; 4- climate; 5-transport. 2. Why do we live where we live? I live in Tomsk - this is a small city. The reasons: 1- my whole family lives here !!! And this is the main reason; 2- clean environment: air, water, parks; 3- secure environment (no earthquakes, novodneniya, uroganov, epidemics, etc.); 4- favorite profession (it is difficult to change the place of work); 5- there is all necessary infrastructure. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?1- Corps (60% for the elderly, 75% for the youth); 2 - Infrastructure (80%); 3 - culture (90%); 4 - climate (70%: frost and mosquitoes occupy 30%); 5-transport (70% inside the city, communication with other regions is poor - 20%). As a result, the absence of transit communications is both a minus and a plus! Minus - increase in the price of consumer goods (increases costs), plus - develops internal self-sufficient infrastructure (increases cultural needs). The climate is also. Minus - cold makes housing expensive, plus - four seasons make a diverse lifestyle, there are no tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes, droughts, floods, epidemics. 4. What would you change? 1- Introduced the requirements for the design and construction of comfortable housing based on current technological capabilities for all population groups. First of all, taking into account the low-mobility people; 2- established community centers within individual districts (small centers with a square, a park, shops) and linked them to the main city center. In the historical center of the city, where there are many architectural heritage and universities, introduced restrictions on the entry of transport (only public and special); 3-take out all prisons and the largest shopping centers (such as store+warehouse) and much more. 5. Why do we move? Kaliningrad, Montenegro, Belgrade (warmer climate, developed regional transport links, infrastructure, cultural level, housing)
