1 - Brazil is not really known as a country that take citizens opinion in account. In my city sometimes, just for big projects, the governance realize public audiences to hear the opinion of people of the neighborhood. I guess they should do this more often, not only in big projects. The people how lives the problem everyday will have a more realistic perspective about what really bothers. 2 - I would organize an public survey to rank the main afraid of the residents of the neighborhood, and also ask opinion on how to solve this. Through the data analyses, we can create scenarios to project different approaches and ask again to the people their opinion about what they think would be the best scenario. 3 - a) Create public surveys b) First data analyses c) Create possible scenarios d) Create opinion surveys about the best option of scenario e) Second data analyses and implamantation.
