Bursa generally has a relatively low rise urbanism, which made the effect of heat island less maybe than other cities like Ankara, but In the areas which have tall office buildings,it is apparently understandable even from the public that those "glass buildings" make the surrounding weather warmer. If I have the decision I would oblige the office buildings to have green facades by somehow to increase the radiation. and I don't think that the policies here care about the UHI effect
