My top-5 list of livability criteria will look like this: 1) Infrastructure 2) Transportation 3) Environment 4) Job opportunities 5) Economy I live at the edge of Moscow in place called Zelenograd. It is 40km away from the Red Square and the biggest exclave of Moscow. I love the place I live in because on the one hand it is a part of Moscow with all its benefits and on the other hand my town is quite isolated from the bigger city. It means that Zelenograd has its own infrastructure and for most kind of activities there is no reason to move to the center. 5 reasons I live here are: 1) Historical reason: my parents are living here 2) It's cheaper to have a flat here than in the "big" Moscow 3) It's more ecologically friendly place than Moscow: my town surrounded by forrests 4) Here's nice transport links with "big" Moscow: we have a bunch of buses and suburban trains 5) All i need i can found in the place i live. Zelenograd fulfills my livability criteria whis way: 1) Infrastructure — 80/100 2) Transportation — 70/100 3) Environment — 90/100 4) Job opportunities — 50/100 5) Economy — 70/100 First of all, it's highly needed to stop developing Zelenograd as an only residential place and create here office and industrial areas to beat excessive daily mobility. Three places i would love to move are: center of Moscow, Praha or New York.
