Of course Tomsk inferior by the criteria of the livability of many cities, but I think in the future it will evolve. At the moment I rate their city on livability 50 points and due to the fact that the city is a leading educational center. What would you change? If I were the mayor of the city, the course would start with housing since many houses in our city already quite old and in need of repair or just demolition, and also I would ensure the availability of housing for the population. Began to develop suburban areas, namely the settling of the population from downtown to suburban areas. Also more attention should be paid to clean and cleaning the city, as the city is situated in Siberia, and quite a lot, you should pay more attention to the snow, and in summer respectively gardening. Why do we move? In case of change of residence, I would be guided by the following criteria: 1. Climate, would go somewhere warm for example in Sochi; 2. Larger cities, such as Novosibirsk, more developed infrastructure; 3. More prospects in search of work and generally to achieve something in life, it's like Moscow.
