2. I would start up a Citizen Design Science asking the citizens which zonas and what times are the most dangerous for them. Then, I would have an approach about the problem and I could observe them in further detail. To resolve the problem, maybe I would suggest increase the streets lights, create new employment to look out the zone and to maintain safe the residents.
