This photo shows the Taksebt dam, situated at 10km eastern Tizi-Ouzou, it extends over an area of 550 ha, this infrastructure is one of the most important of the region, its existence ensured water supply to several towns in the center Algerian area, so we can say that its impact is territorial. Water is the essential element in all civilizations, any activity requires water supply, agriculture, industry, construction, the livability of a city depends on its water supply level. that is why this dam was indispensable for sustainability of the region.
