Before answering I would like to tell my background. I hope you all aware about Sri Lanka. because of civil war lot of Tamil people move from the country and living in Europe, Canada and Australia. My answers are based on the Tamil diaspora. I don’t know about the cities but I will mention the countries name. Step 01 Livable counties 1. Canada 2. United Kingdom 3. France 4. Germany 5. Australia Step 02 – . Reasons 1. They have job opportunity (income) 2. They enjoy the human rights (respect, expressing culture, etc.) 3. Their children are getting good education. 4. Systematically created secure life even in the old age 5. With their little saving they could able to feed the relatives in the home land(when convert the their money to LKR). Step 03 01. The leaders who leading the country unable to create new job opportunity to cater the demand. Also consequences of the war pushed the people in different direction of moving. 02. Some part of the people unable to enjoy the rights of the country as citizens. 03. Most of the time, town children are getting better education than village children 04. Old people are depends of their children only few are enjoy the old age 05. With the earning unable to live happily To overcome this situation leaders of the country have to have clear plan how they are going to lead the people to live satisfy life in the country. Most of the People believe that Satisfactions are with economy but that is not. In my point of view people are media biased and they believe that people in the develop county are living and others are not. People lived before with satisfaction than present.
