1. The temperature of the city center is 2 degree of Celsius higher than in the city center (!). This is because of: a) higher density of people out of the city center b) wider streets c) more points of gas emissions and much bigger industrial areas 2. If I could take part in the decision-making process I would propose: a) develop new parks and green areas in the city center b) provide new electro-vehicles for individual and public trips 3) Moscow now construct new residents areas instead of industrial ones, but the main idea of that is reducing gas emission pollution near city center
