My place of residence fulfills my ideal livability criteria (i.e. Question 1) for 60/100. A general livability score for my city is 55/100. 4. What would you change? If I were the mayor of your place of residence, the first measure I would take to improve livability would be giving new opportunities to young people (18-35), in order to attract them to the city. 5.
