Job creation that lead Rapid Urbanization shows how migration (PEOPLE) occurred over a period of time. Needs that create demand for MATERIALS such as Land, water, Food, energy etc. As business are moving towards digitization lots of INFORMATION is being stocked on daily basis. 3. With shortage of Land housing pattern has changed from Independent villas to apartments and to High rise buildings now, resulting high density in few areas without proper urban infrastructure for stock flows like, small roads leading to peak traffic in busy hours, exploitation of ground water, drainage channels beyond capacity, land contamination etc..With information available proper urban planning could be done for uniform distribution of population solving many of Urbanization problems.
