In my opinion the top 5 criteria are 1) Environment, 2) Housing, 3) Safety, 4) Education, 5) Infrastracture I live in Thessaloniki, Greece. The reasons I live here are 1) Famlily and friends, 2) I selected to study at the local University, 3) life is overall simple and safe, 4) the urban environment is familiar, 5) housing. Thessaloniki fulfills my ideal level of livability at a percentage of 65% and the general score for livability is 55%. If I were the mayor I would choose to solve the huge traffic conjeston problem and the lack of accessibility on public transportation. Launching education programes together with reformulation of the public transportation sector would be my first choices. As places to move in i would choose 1) Vienna, 2) Delft, 3) Zurich due to the follwing qualities: 1) quality of life and environment 2) high level of education (Master and Phd studies) 3) job opportunities 4) safety 5) multicultural environment
