Based on my experience, the top five most liveable cities that you know, based on your own experience and judgment, placing the most liveable city at the top of the list are: - 1 New York, 2 London, 3 Yonkers, 4 Belo Horizonte, 5 Itauna. I have not been in Pacific and Asia which seems to be good place to live. Five characteristic that makes the city most liveable are: 1. Access to nature and man-made services (healthcare public system, education…) 2. Connectivity (transportation system); 3. Low pollution; 4. Tolerance; 5. Tecnology; Now I’m living in Itauna, which is a small city close to the capital of the State of Minas Gerais. This city is not a good example, I think. There is no good education and healthcare public system; the transportation system is ONLY by cars; the pollution is good; the tecnology is super bad. I think that this city can be better in a long time, after a good goverment or good people who wants to be better like others cities.
