Step 1: New York City, NY Vancouver, BC Boston, MA San Francisco, CA Maui, HI Step 2: Walkable Vibrant Fun Lots of people Warm Step 3: My city, Hartford, is very difficult to get around without a car. If Hartford, CT could improve the walkability of its streets, I think this would greatly improve the livability. They need to add more sidewalks, and narrow the road lanes.
