there are various criteria to determine a livability of a city.but first of all the city should give habitants to live on welfare.what's the walfare? it consists of each criteria we can imagine but if we want to give 5 example ; education,health care,environnement , economy and most important is safety. i live in fribourg and in this city because of my education, but also the fribourg is a natural beauty which is being protected since its formation. thats makes people more calme and makes people more coherent.secondly switzerland has a powerful economy which makes people being more workoholic to live confortable.also education is a deterministic criteria because the more people get high quality of education the more a country grows and be powerful.my city is 80/100. if the government make more sustainable works on the city , fribourg can get perfect ten. if i was mayor of fribourg, i can take some actions on sustainability and green houses, for example the houses , the buildings etc. which will be built in the city have to produce his own energy and reduce the waste of carbon emmision , water emmision etc. if i would change the place of residence, i want to move vancouver or helsinki because the infrastructure of sustainebility is more developped then fribourg. also jop oppurtunities and housing are important criterias on my decision.
