The picture shows the following visible information: some kind of skyscrapers obstruct the view of the sea, creating a high visual impact. From my house it is not possible do enjoy beautiful landscape that is a public good. Invisible information: as many cities in Africa, Maputo is having a rapid urban population growth, while fast and uncontrolled urbanization presents several challenges—such as housing informality, poor sanitation. In addition poor quality of data continues to hinder the quality of analysis of African urbanization and development. The question is it is possible to density without congestion?
