Most livable cities i have visited are: Helsinki, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Paris, Den Hague. Great infrastructure, good air, transportation, services and free activities are most i enjoyed. These characteristics are also in my town but not in great values. Our city is in developing phase and practical implementation of detailed urban plans would be great.
