Government should strengthen supervision(such as use smart city system) and severely punish illegal enterprise. The city public safety is just so so, it's also can use smart city system to keep social safe. The cost of living is low and the city traffic is convenient. The city is very big and prosperous. Also, the city culture is pluralistic.
