Five most liveable cities that I know 1- Amsterdam/The Netherlands 2- Vancover/ CanadaDestin 3- Sydney/Australia 4- Ankara/Turkey 5- Destin/FL/USA Five characteristics that according to my opinion make a city liveable 1- Safety 2- Transportation/Infrastructure 3- Availibility / Economy 4- Culture 5- Healthcare 1- Safety is the most important thing for me in today's World. I would prefer to live in a place where I can totaly feel safe, without caring time/place. 2- Transportation is a Daily part of our lives. Easy Access to transportation, being able to go weherever you want without problems, long waits. There should be opportunity to use bike-car-bus-subway and more 24/7. 3- Availibility is another issue. What I mean by availibilty is reaching/having the things you need in easiest way. It can be food, housing, anything you can consider. There must be consistancy between the Money you earn and the Money you waste for basic needs. 4- Culture is something you have to face with if you are going to live any place. Having an optimum level of culture (without strict rules/ different traditions) is important. 5- Healthcare is really important for human life. Ther should be easy Access for every residents, it must be good, organized carefully and must be standart to pay. (even free) About my city which is Ankara, I think it is really livable city. If I need to critize more, Healtcare is cheap even free, and medical care is good. Culture is really nice, helpful Turkish people, cultural places to go. Availiblity actually is what I like most about my city. You can find anything you want and have easily. However, transportation is while sort of good, it is not available 24/7. It is a big problem for me. It can be changed to 24/7 transportation:.About safety, as evey cities in a World, there are some dangers wherever you live, but mainly you can walk around without any problems at anytime you like.
