To propose measures to reduce the effects of urban heat island would increase by lot of green areas, parks and open spaces of the city that are now so scarce, and try to integrate these public areas with residential areas and commercial to create meeting points and socialization that people leave their homes or offices and can easily enjoy these spaces. Sow trees that create shade in the main streets of the city, restricting vehicle access in downtown areas to be enjoyed more pedestrians and use incentive public transport.
