This image shows the front of the Boulevard Shopping Center. As can be seen, the space is big and can get really crowed when it's holidays or weekend. People from the countryside, other cities, other states even...it's a much-needed place. But the quantity of people coming to the area slows down the traffic of cars, creating caos around the city when some great event happens. In order to solve such minor issues and create an even better city, the solution would be to create new áreas for entertainment and for people to spend their time. This would cherish other areas and vent the main streets, plus attracting more people to visit the city.
