This is a photo I took quite some time now. It was taken from defense sailing road park towards Noida at the bank of river Yamuna. Photo shows probably among very few place as such open area in Delhi-NCR. You can see quite building other side of the river bank this has quite 4KM distance from my position at the time of click. What important is that the river bank are important for city flora and fauna it shall not be used for construction for certain limited distance but as a planner you need to consider market location, political influence and social stability including the plan to extend the rehabilitation in the city.
