Economy 3. Safety/Healthcare 4. Education 5. Infrastructure/Nature Riyadh has a strong economy due to its oil, safety and healthcare are relatively positive, the education is good mostly due to Western/ European school systems.The city itself is under constant construction and thus people cant enjoy the city and infrastructure because of the detours, as well as the only natural sights are those of desserts, which do not create a sense livability compared to those of beautiful lush greenery, and beautiful blue bodies of water. While the culture is very interesting, the majority of people don't give you the image of the culture because a lot of the people are labor workers from developing countries. Overall the city itself is quite nice however it is the system of the people that is quite lacking.
