Especially, In summer, average degree 36℃. But middle of city temperature is 41℃ and country side temperature is 32℃ People usually turn on fans, air conditioner. And don't usually walk in the middle time, 3. Which are the measures you would propose? Korea has 4 seasons on a year. But in summer, it is the worst season in Seoul. We are have big difference degree one day. Because, most of people use cars and build many buildings. Don't care of UHI. We have the measures about how to reduce UHI. Fisrt, we have to make a forest for reducing UHI. Secondly, Make a campaign to reduce taking a car. Third, when they construct the building, we should make plans how to build it. it can reduce UHI when you construct the building's location. 4. Is UHI effect concerning policy making in your area? There is no policy, including we have national based laws and regulations. here is don't understand about UHI, but some part of building understand this situations so when they construct building, they think about it.
