unfortunately I have no picture ot supply. My name is Pascal PEINE, I am living in Clamart that is located in the South –West suburban area of Paris (France). I selected five criteria as follows : Economy, Safety, Environment, Health care, Housing. I would like to add infrastructure and transportation. I live in this place because I am pretty close to Paris, I can catch a train allowing me to go to Montparnasse station in seven minutes. Clamart is not a an industrial town but its activity is focused on services, My place has got at disposal two hospitals and physicians of many specialities. We have also infrastructure allowing me to have safety, transportation and international conncetivity, optic fibers. Housing is mostly composed of individual houses (no skyscrapers around). Concerning environment, we have nice green areas. I would answer for the third questions that my five criteria are fulfilled. As I am an economist I would say that no area is perfect and nothong is perfect on earth. My mark is 70%. If I had to move somewhere else, It would be because I would find a porfessional postion with better pay and better life conditions obvious they can be always improved. I think that ther is another piece of characteritics that I would like to add to the criteria mentioned. this is attractiveness on the level of infrastructure and economic opporutnities incliding opportunitiies of jobs, centers of R and D coupled with universities. the economic opportunities for investors can be a stable political environment and a good and reasonable rate of tax (income tax on companies and workers). A city in the future must always develop the economic activities in respect of nature and environmental protection.
