1. Infrastructure, job opportunities, housing, safety, transportation. 2. I live in Tartu, Estonia. I live here mainly because it I study and here is the best university in Estonia. Also I like that it is big enough not to be called small and small enough not to be called big. Another plus is that as the best university in Estonia is here, there are a lot of people here that share my age and interests. I also like that I can go out any time I want and won't have to worry about my safety. I would like it if there were more opportunities for young people to work. As a student in a university I find that it's too hard for someone like me to have an income. 5. Tallinn - there are more job opportunities there, the transportation system is very good, housing prices are better than in Tartu, there are more cultural events taking place at any time, and finally, international connectivity is way better there. Riga - for exactly the same reasons as in Tallinn. Stockholm - there is a lot of green in the city, there are better job opportunities, there is high level of safety, there is a lot of culture, and finally, the health care is one of the best in the world.
