Five livable cities I visited: San Francisco, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento Five criteria of livable cities: Safety and Security, Economic Development, Climate and Geography, Housing and Transportation, Natural environment. Sacramento is California state capital, if it has more jobs outside the government sectors, it will move up in the top cities which I wish to be born again
