2. Which are the main UHI effects that you can identify in your area? In my living area urban and rural development shares the surrounding space (as we can see in the picture provided). Which are the measures you would propose? Set a higher number of parks and green area, improve new construction techonologies not allowing only Hot Bituminuos mixes and concrete for the pavementes , allow new colours, etc. 4. Is UHI effect concerning policy making in your area? Not yet as I live in a not highly populated area with very close green and rural areas.
