On the other hand,buildings and Infrastucture, higher population, circulation of vehicles , air conditioning System and other are the responsibles for the 3ªC hotter than in the rural area. ![enter image description here][2] If I could take part in the decision making process of an initiative related to the UHI effect, I will limit the use of private transport by promoting the use of public transport or clean as walking or cycling. I limit too the use of air conditioners and promote the use of clean energy. In fact, there are limitations in existing legislation for the air conditioning of buildings, construction of green areas, and the new administration has started to close on the last Sunday of each month access to the center town for private vehicles.
