How would you do that? Think of how you can improve the sources and the consumption of energy. If I had to create new policies, I would exploded sources that my country has to offer, such as wind energy in areas where there are strong winds as Punto Fijo in Falcon state. Which in fact there are windmills placed there but they are not running. Photovoltaics, living in a tropical country we have available sunshine all the year long, and mini hydraulic plants, since my country has many rivers. ![enter image description here][3] Wind Farm Paraguana http://www.correodelorinoco.gob.ve/regiones/se-adelanta-construccion-parque-eolico-paraguana/ [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14499402928400203.png [2]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/1449940447699055.png [3]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14499410438691346.jpg
