If we look at the possible measures, then I want to suggest several things, such as - Traffic control (low emissions vehicles promotion and various insentives for drivers to use them, like car tax reduction; bikes promotion (short-term) - Use of exhaust heat from urban facilities - Greening of the streets and dwellings - Work on the waste problem (separate waste collection and recycling promotion)
