**2.** In Villahermosa (Mexico) exists the UHI, not neccesarily because the buildings because we do not have a high dense urbanization but there exists deforestation, a lot of concrete use and asphalt usage. And almost all the citizens prefer to cut trees and bushes because of the leaf thrash, maintenance and mosquitos. But it is visible and sensitive when you go out of the city to rural areas you do not feel the heat that you feel in the city. In the next photo, there are a lot of trees, grass and open space, this is it, vegetation transform the sun energy by a natural process. **3.** Reforestation and teaching people to appreciate the benefits of low impact construction, common sense construction. Regulation to reorganize the cities with a high standard for natural green spaces. **4.** In Villahermosa the UHI it is a unknown concept, there is no one policy to avoid the heat effect. By the other hand, we still believing that progress and well being it is sinonimous of More Construction and More Urbanized Areas.
