The abilities that a city have to provide his inhabitants with a better life. Ans 2.- 1.-Health. 2.- Housing 3.- Neighborhood 4.- Enviroment 5.- Transportation 6.-Opportunity 7.- Engagement. Ans 3.- a)Phoenix, AZ. b) Santa Barbara, CA. c) Miami, FL. Ans 5.- ![ex5][1] Ans 6.- When I customize it the score go up. For me the most important is health, and only in the case of Santa Barbara these subject make the score higher, because for the high income level of the inhabitants is a city that has develop a strong medical structure. But in the case of phoenix and Miami the score go up because Engagement is not the most important, and I low the importance of these subject and the city score go up, why?; because to have a Real engagement of the society the city first need to provide his inhabitants with basic (health, housing, security...) so the city need to create the feeling of belong in his inhabitant and these will response back being an active citizen with his surround.
