I don't have any information regarding the building on this picture, however by sight I would say that external ceramic tiles are very Chinese and windows too. I suspect that this is a totally imported building from China, including labor workers that have built it, since in Macau there is not enough manpower to do it. I’ve included this example because this is the most common thing in Macau – no double glazing no wall insulation, poor materials which reflects very bad thermic performance and materials getting old very easily. I’ve chosen this picture also because one can see partially the bamboo scaffolding being ripped off. Since you have mentioned bamboo I indicate here that bamboo has been serving as scaffolding in Macau for centuries.
