Photo taken by me and it shows the prefecture’s services building exist at my city. (Igoumenitsa, region of Thesprotia Greece). Buildings construction goes back to 50’s and it based on cement and steel. It has been renovated like 4-5 years ago and they added stone to outside walls in order to look more close to the traditional way they used to build at the area.
