On this station many railway lines and several underground lines connect. From 1930 just until now the station has been refurbished, upgraded and transformed from long distances train to suburban ones. While most of the materials are prepared in Spain: concrete, steel, glass and so, other like rock tiles of the floor can be imported from countries like China due to its low cost.
