That means it is a centralized AC Building. and the Brick jalis are just an extra cover over the Glass ans RCC structure. The Red fire brunet bricks are locally maid. interesting use of bricks for making jalis is to cut of heat, reducing AC usage. Brick jalis are found in india from very long time. extencive use of brick jalis is done by Lauri Baker at Kerla,India. the jalis could be maid out of still of RCC, but the heat lag given by brick jalis along with the cool breeze (air coming through small holes is cooler) reduces a large amount of energy by AC.
