It will provide office, commercial, hotel and residential spaces. Façade’s materials are evidence of a globalised economy. The dominant materials are glass at the office and commercial spaces and ceramic tiles on the back side of the building, where residential spaces are located. Both materials are imported from other countries of Europe. The structure of the building is produced on site, with concrete and steel, a building method used in the majority of constructions in Albania.
