This photo shows an automatic tug boat refueling station being lowered into place using a german made crane approx 50m from the shore. The interesting thing is that the platforms as well as the cable and hose components are made from Chinese steel and other materials, who are the biggest consumers of Australian Iron ore. The fuel they pump is shipped in from Singapore, and delivered via tanker trucks made in America, and Japan. Iron ore is the main component of steel, and as you see here it takes a lot of steel to get the iron ore to the steel makers.
