As you can clearly see, reinforced concrete is used for the foundations although the principal structures (columns and beams) are made of steel. Besides that, it has been said that this plant will use the last in Germany technology and it will be supossed to be enviromentally friendly. Also I have to said, that this kind of constructions are uncommon in our city and I mean cement plants, but specially structures (columns and beams) entire made of steel.
