is one of the tallest buildings in Amman, Jordan. Located in the 3rd Circle area, the building serves as a host of Le Royal Hotel chain in addition to a shopping mall, cinemas and commercial offices. Cost around $350 million. The owner is Iraqi, So he wanted the design to be related to Samera'a (Spiral shape). Most of building materials specially the internal decorations are imported from Iraq and outside Jordan. This clad building used an imported cladding material as well to be built in a modern way.
