The more recent image (taken today - May 2015) shows the imported glass which is being placed into the window frames. It should also be noted that the construction labour force are from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh so labour is also a form of global import for the construction of this building. The aluminium framing for the windows may be local as Bahrain has a large aluminium plant. I expect the majority of the fixtures to be imported including the flooring materials and the lighting.
