The tall red-brick building that you can see on the picture is constructed by the Soviets. The brick was local. Actually, in Russia still every city has several brick plants. Then 1s floor and it's facades are contemporary. They were added few years ago. The material here is form Europe. And, finally, we observe bamboo fron part that form outdoor spaces for eating. It is used especially to imitate Asian atmosphere, so the materials should be as close to what they represent as possible.
