The water tank and their equipment came from Belgium, and the facades came from Leeds, London, and Glasgow. The engineer in charge of studies of water tank was English, the architecture designer was Norwegian, the engineer leadership was Swede. Goodbye, Ignacio So, from my point of view, the problem of importing materials is an old issue to developing country, and if we think a bit more we can also expand the problem to the style of constructions.
