I think it is interesting because you can see old traditional small houses (from 40-50 years ago) and some "recent" multifamily houses (from 20-30 years ago) at the back. We can analyze that the materials used in this construction barely change. If some materials change (steel roofs), it depends more on the typology of the buildings rather than in the technology used on it. You can see easily that the use of reinforced concrete structures dominates the landscape while the clay brick is used for walls. Nothing has changed in my town for years. Constructors do not invest in new building technologieso different materials. We build know the same as 50 years ago.
