We are know that a large percent of steel in China is imported.Some steel in this building may be from somewhere else in the world. I'm not sure whether it is designed by local or by foreign design architecture affairs. But many shops was designed and decorated by foreign institute of design. Futhermore the building style is more like western style than our traditional style. We can say that with the three points talked above, construction becomes a more globalized activity. It consists of wisdom and material both from abroad and lacal.
